Popcorn Bacon - Black Hogg
Last night I had an incredible feast of pork at Black Hogg in Silverlake. I'll probably do a formal review later but for now here's my lone shot from dinner. The Popcorn Bacon with Maple Crema. Yup that's right, deep fried house cured bacon with a crispy spiced batter. Dipped in the maple creme, oh my was it heavenly! Go get this now! You'll thank me later :).
